• Not being listed by a REALTOR® limits the exposure to all the potential buyers that a REALTOR® is already working with.
• The longer the house is for sale the lower the resultant selling price...the impression is that something must be wrong with the house or it would be sold.
• Buyers and Sellers do not have, as a rule, the negotiating skills required to come to an equitable agreement.
• It takes knowledge and skill to create offers that protect the parties involved.  Lack of knowledge could result in issues being overlooked and potential legal issues.
• The commission that you may save could be offset by extra legal fees and lost selling price...as buyers know you are not paying commission and they expect a "better deal".
• REALTORS work with Buyers that have been qualified or approved so the chance of the deal finalizing, is greater.
• REALTORS will walk you through every step of the process.  It is our job to ensure that your offer is dealt with legally and professionally and that every issue is considered.  REALTORS are negotiators and mediators.  It is our job to work in your best interest.
